I didn't hear at all how to remove the coupon on the item, I understand I can remove the promotional balance, but I want to remove the item coupon
Thank you! OH MY GOD I tried to remove the item and click out of chrome and uncheck the subscribe button and click the one time purchase button and NOTHING WORKED. It would not let me out. This was the only way that worked!!!
I know this is an old video but, I have a problem: I don't want to buy the item and I click the coupon. I did all the steps: it removes the coupon but, when I go to delete the item it says that the coupon it's still applied. What can I do? 🙁
Hi. How do I unclip the initial coupon in order to use a different one? I tried unchecking the box for the promotional savings and then entered the code for the new coupon, only to receive an error saying, "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase"
