I consistently save 10% – 20% on most of the items I buy from stores I frequent on a consistent basis. So what do I do to actually get such deep discounts from big store such as – Cabela’s, Home Depot, IKEA, Trader Joe’s, Amazon.com and more?
It’s a pretty simple concept of combining two type of purchasing options where you are able to stack cash rewards with sales and clearances.
I go through showing you how I saved nearly $4000 on my kitchen buildout using this method and several thousands of dollars on tools, clothes, food and fun toys.
No skill necessary to take advantage of this, just a little bit of diligence and patience.
Stay till the end and I answer a viewer’s question about books to help start the financial journey. I give you my top 3 books that started me on my path towards financial freedom.

Cash back card + paying off in full every month = card companies paying you 😎
Thanks for the books! I added them to my audible! Also, not bad on the name pronunciation..you were close lol
Is the gift card site for worldwide use or just U.S.?
Most serious Lifehack in saving money is doing dumpster diving. It sounds first like a vagabond thing to do, but all kinds of individuals do it, look it up on the internet. When I was living in Australia for a year I saved myself about 5000AUD in that year just by finding a way to make use of a flaw of the food industry.
– Thanks for the shout-out, the guy from the book might have some German ancestry as "Koch" stands for "cook".
Will check your videos now regularly as a diy independent lifestyle is something I work on to achieve.
Keep up the good work, looking forward to this channel to expand rapidly!
And I haven’t read 2/3 of those books, so thanks
That is an awesome hack!! I know Ebay sells gift cards often as a discount too. Sellers will even have them on auction as well. I’ll even buy coupons on eBay too. I’ll pay about $5 for a 15% coupon, then I’ll buy something big with it on my cash back Card 🙂
First : ) Some of the things that I like to do to save money is to look on Facebook and other second hand sites for what I am buying because majority of the time you can get stuff second hand and way cheaper. This is how I got all my succulents.
These tips are insane Kai! I never knew you could go this far! Great video dude! P.S You need a shave, and why is the description so long, I think that the length is discouraging for people so I would shorten it down to the essentials.
I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad as well and I highly recommend it. It helped me so much!
