Awesome video. You could also run a coupon ad campaign on Facebook. Only those people would get the coupon.
My fear is that when I send thank you cards and right a discount code inside the card , is it possible for someone to reuse the code over and over again it I want it to only be a one file code ?

Hey Nancy, I saw that you answered my questions a few hours ago, but the issue that I am having is with my coupons that are targeting recently favorited and abandoned carts. You mentioned that Etsy is supposed to send them automatically, but I have had it running since February 2nd with likes and people have my items in their cart, but no emails have been sent out. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.
If i set up a coupon campaign for people that have liked my items does the coupon get sent out automatically by etsy to those potential buyers that have liked items in my shop? Or do I have to send the link with the coupon code directly to the individual through a personal message on etsy?

That feature is outdated, this doesn't work anymore, right? Etsy free shipping coupon code doesn't allow selecting the items to choose before launching the sale.
