How To Create Coupon Codes in Amazon Seller Central

There are many reasons you may want to generate coupon codes for your amazon product. Perhaps you want to increase sales or encourage customers to buy your product. Also, the popular giveaway services utilize coupon codes in order to increase your sales velocity and thus page ranking.
If you are interested in using Zon Jump or Viral Launch, you will need to generate coupon codes in your amazon seller central dashboard in order to use the giveaway services. In the amazon seller dashboard, you generate coupon codes under the promotions tab. A few things to keep in mind. First, make sure you realize that the starting time for your promotion is set in pacific standard time or west coast time for the United States. Factor this into when you set your start time. Also, you have to schedule it out at least 4 hours into the future. Make your coupons valid for at least a month. This way if any are not used or claimed through the giveaway service you have plenty of time to reuse them in a future campaign because once they expire you will not be able to get credit from the giveaway services. For giveaways your coupons should be for at least 90% off to encourage sales. You have to wait for your coupon window to be active and open before you can claim the coupon codes. Once it's active, you can go into manage coupon claims and set the desired amount of coupon codes you want amazon to generate. You can then download them into a txt file. These are the codes you will need to paste into Zon Jump & Viral Launch for the giveaway campaigns to work.

Hi Jorge, I chose One Redemption Per Customer but I found one customer still purchase 6 units of my product within one coupon. Do you know how to limit one unit per customer per coupon code?

Hi jorge I've generated the codes and did my launch on jump send but havent gotten any reviews. Products are selling. I have changed my end date on jumpsend for another month. Do i need to make any changes to my start and end date on my amazon account or just on jumpsend?

Thanks for your amazing content! I launched a product on Amazon. I tried my first "unverified" review and the person who did it came back with a message saying "Sorry we are unable to accept your review of this product for either one or the following reasons: This item is currently only eligible for Amazon Verified Purchase reviews. Please visit our guidelines… yada yada yada" I am very confused, is it because my specific item can only have AMZ verified reviews? Or a new guideline? Thanks again!
