how do you find products where you can stack all the coupon?

I'm new to couponing and trying to figure out what a good stock up price is for different items, mostly personal care items like shampoo, toothpaste, and deodorant. When I go shopping, if I can't get these kinds of items for free I feel really discouraged, but I know that expecting to get everything I need for free is unrealistic. Would you please do a video on what you consider stock up prices to be and maybe some suggestions for which stores you are most likely to find the stock up prices at.

Question: If you print off a Manufacturer's coupon and it has the Target logo on it, but it says Manufacturer Coupon can you use that coupon at a different store?
It isn't exactly easy to save $$'s because it takes work, dedication, and a lot of time. You can also view the coupons on target before printing so you'll know if it's a mfq or target q.
On b1g1 free sale can 2 manufacturer coupons be used or just the one for the.item being.purchased I seen someone.using two for b1g1 I think.it was crzy coupon lady and I noticed you used three at target and not 4 on the crystal light can u clarify plse also a beginner
