I just call target they said where I live they have them and give them to you if you register, I have never registered before and don't know how it works, but if I do do they give it to you or you pay shipping to get it ??? 😊 they also said sometimes they run out of goodie bags and I guess instead of saying that , they pretend they don't know what at you talking about but that's just my guess😊
