I use to do uber and I did my orders very carefully and treat customers with respect and care. But many people said that they didnโt even get the food and reported me just to get free food like you while i ordered all of them. Thats get me deactivated and I lost my account. Uber was the only hope for me on that time. Please show cares to one another dont just be that cruel. Karma is a bitch , hope you meet soon.

Firsthand. Been using Ubereats since Covid started in 2020. Because i order frequently, the more issues with the orders! So after a while Ubereats refuse to refund for mistakes the restaurants & drivers are making. Had to threaten to bring their company to the press for a refund. horrible business practice and unsustainable business model if Ubereats continue down this path.
Ubereats now refusing to refund back customers. They need a better checking system. The restaurant order preparer workers needs to look at receipt and put proper items in the bag before driver leaves restaurant. That would eliminate almost any issue. Customers should be treated as if they were standing inside the physical restaurant. Not a sustainable business model.
Bad karma to do this just to get a free meal. But anybody that still eats McDonald's are already receiving daily payback and don't even know it. #silentkill
