I would say there's not a better food than the good old classic pancake. It's even better when you can eat as many as you want for free. And that's exactly what I did at IHOP. I think there's more than one national pancake day during the year, and today was one of them. Eating this many pancakes was actually a lot harder than I thought it was gonna be, but it was worth it. Who doesn't love free?

Pancake day in the UK was on 28th February this year (changes depending on when Easter falls), nowhere in the UK does free pancakes on that day as far as I know.
