I was always so casual when it came to the new racks. Now I am going to look at them much closer. I need to build more relationships at my City Thirft. Love your tips on building relationships as before I was a bit shy. I buy a lot at my fav thrift store so I should have fun spending time with everyone.

Hey Steve! Great info! I used to work at my local Goodwill(in the ecom dept. lol) and now I'm in with the mngrs. and dock workers 🙂 Also come across some "homeruns" on the shopgoodwill.com sites. I had to give up working there tho cuz it made me too lazy to do my own ebay store..lol! Thanks for the info!
Great advice. I built a relationship with the manager at a Goodwill near me and I was actually able to give her a list of ties that I'm always looking for and she pulls them aside for me whenever she sees them.
wow and here I thought that these thrift stores had leverage over us buyers…turns out they actually need us so that they can push out their inventory…but why do they sometimes like to hike up the price just because they know that item is good?
