Okay so I may or may not have just ordered that blue binder! 😆 that looks so much easier than my big bulky one. Hopefully I like it! It says they randomly pick the color for you though 🤷🏻♀️ hopefully it’s cute

They have to be clipped already. The can be active or expired. They are sent to military bases all over the world.

I use http://www.groverysavingstips.com. There is a tab on the home page labeled military family coupon program. They have addresses of military bases that you can ship your coupons to directly. It is nice because they keep the base addresses current so if they close a base they update the list. Thank you Bree!
I mail my expired coupons to my daughter. They are currently stationed in Germany and she has been able to use coupons up to 6 months after they expire. She has also been able to use the printed coupons, but that might just be their particular commissary. I live sending them to her, she gets together with some of the other wives and they sort them then what ever they don’t pick out for their personal stash they put in the grab box for everyone else to take. Now I never feel like any of my coupons went to waste if I didn’t use them. 😊
