Over 10 grand in a pass for five months we have another home we are about to sell I need to paint again stain the fence and refinish the wood floors people don’t take care of nothing the lady she let her dog pee on because the lady had them all over the house this dog was so confused he didn’t know where to use the bathroom at all of the puppy pads I crazy what people do to other peoples property and don’t care because it’s not there’s 🤬🤬😱😡

I have a question I just open my account this past week and I bin doing a lot of work to my home the past 4 months new luxury vinyl floors in three of my bedrooms the steps The hallway upstairs that leads to all three of those bedrooms my home is rebuilt in 2009 they started they did not finish till 2010 because the home burnt down so that’s why it took so long all the stuff with the insurance company it was my father is on then my family room in master bedroom before the home burnt down that part of the house was in addition now it’s one house and there was a Full size bathroom added in the family room and the home went from 4 bedrooms to 3 because my father wanted all the rooms large and there is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom the size of a bedroom now and The bathroom with a walk-in shower Jacuzzi tub and his and her sink in the Master bathroom in the master bedroom my mother passed in 2019 🙏🙏I think it was covid but it really wasn’t being talked about too much then sorry about bringing all that up The house had carpet in the bedrooms that hallway and the family room now I got the luxury vinyl from Home Depot the 22 mill and a custom paint it in the whole house before the floors were put in no I wanted to ask a question since I bought all that stuff in the past four months the paint the flooring I just had one of my back decks redone since I bought it recently some of the stuff I bought with my Home Depot credit card and I bought the rest of the stuff with my bank card so I have record of all of it can I add that to my PRO XTRA account

Iv been a pro customer for 5 years now. Doesnt save you a ton of money but saves you some and the perks are nice if you spend money there constantly like i do

thanks for the info. any contractor who isn't taking advantage of this program is losing out. One thing I cannot find any info on is cashing in perks $$. I earned $25, was asked if I wanted to apply to my online purchase, it looked like it was applied but never took it off my charge. Headed over to my local HD to see if the 17 yr old at customer service can get me an answer. 🙂

Probably a stupid question but do you need to be a contractor to join? I am just a normal dude that spends a bunch of money at Home Depot and was wondering if I could get rewards.

I was seeing some say you need to be, and others say that you don’t necessarily need to be a contractor/business owner. Thanks!

At 0:38 you show on the app where it shows "accounts perks pricing" I cannot find this on the app. Can you show or describe where I find that on the app? I spend about $40,000 a year there and have never taken advantage of the rewards and now that I want to I cannot see how to do it.

The only thing that I don't like about pro x is that I thought once you unlock perks that you qualify to spend $2500 not $25. I am kind of disappointed.

Do you have to use your HD Credit Card in order to use your earned perks? By showing your QR Code you don't automatically get to get a snack right? You have to earn it? Sorry I tried to replay but it wasn't clear.

Thanks for the video, I have used the HD pro-account for the last 1.5-2 years now. I AM TORN!! HD matches Menards 11% BUT they stopped excepting pro-account member rebates as of March. With out a Menards close to me, I am not able to get those amazing offers and am stuck with the lame $25or$50 cash back from HD…. If it weren’t for their online receipt system I would be gone. I am currently looking into a different system, so I can receive the bigger savings by matching the 11%, for my handyman business bc holding onto receipts are a nightmare. Any advice is appreciated.
