I want to make a promo code now! what do i do with it? can i just message my previous buyers and say "hey, thank you for buying from me, heres a coupon so you can buy again for cheaper!"

May I inquire as to whether it is feasible to generate a coupon or discount code that would enable a 100% discount on an entire order? I have attempted to create an "amount off" coupon; however, the recipient is still required to make a payment despite the coupon's complete coverage. My intention in creating such a coupon is to streamline the process of providing replacements or other gifts to purchasers. Any guidance or assistance you may offer would be greatly appreciated

I wanted to give a 20% off Welcome Coupon on their first order, to everyone who subscribed their email to our email listing. Can that person use that coupon over and over again? Or once their email has registered that it used the Welcome Coupon with their first purchase, does it not allow them to use it again? In other words, is the coupon code a one time use code, or an infinite amount of times code, per customer, even though the original intent of the Coupon was just for their first order as a thank you for signing up on our email list?
Is there a way to do this on the app? I see marketing tab but can't see how to do it there.
