Are the MFR coupons on our CVS app the same as the paper MFR coupons?

Lesson learned! Check your rebate apps before purchasing. I don’t have the Garnier micellar rebate so I’m out that $6!
When it’s the type of deal that’s a spend this and get this many ECB. Is the spend this amount prior to any coupon use or after? For example if it’s spend 15 and I buy two items that are 15 but have a 3 off coupon will I not be considered spending 15??
As someone who just does average, lazy couponing, I keep my extrabucks usually between $10-20 because I'm really trying not to buy things just to buy them, but because I will use them or be able to give them away. In case any of y'all listening felt overwhelmed by that high of a number! It's still possible to get awesome deals but not be taking so much merch home that you're wasting it (not saying Alysia is! But I'm def too lazy to sell the stuff after haha). Like, I never buy those covergirl pencils because who can use that many? And they're not even good. It's basically just buying stuff to take it home and throw it away.

I just started couponing and I have so many questions. How do people get 2 of the same CRTs? Should you print your CRTs or should you just clip it digitally every week? When you do a deal one week and cvs continue the deal to the next week can you still do the deal again and get the extra bucks?
$30-$50 ebs is my target as well. Any more than that I am buying some toilet paper or diapers to burn them.
I’m not getting any CRTs on my new account 😭. I’ve been using it for three weeks now.
