I love CVS , I ship there all the time. At a location in Manhattan no cashiers were available for several years from 2018 and 2019 . In all CVS stores that I shop, which is about 6 of them , all customers are encouraged to use self checkout

You didn't do a great job at showing the screen. Maybe you should of had somebody record you doing this.
So funny thing about no cashier… if you have time to stand there and watch me ring in all my items etc. you have time to check me out. This is so stupid for cvs to do this

Coming from an employee of CVS. The article is not true. Corporate has stats of how often the self checkout has been used and we get in trouble if we have low scores. They do not want us behind the counter at all. They want us to use the self checkout like a normal register instead of using the ones at the counter. Its insanely stressful and hopefully people start to understand whats really going on and stop getting upset with employees who just don’t want to get in trouble.
Hello ⭐️🥰. Does the digital crt’s also shows in the self checkout which we can select? I saw this video and can see MFR coupons and Extrabucks. Please let me know
My CVS has an employee stand by the self checkout to “help” people if we need it. As soon as they hear the machine say “enter phone number or scan card” and they see we continue to scan they will void the transaction and walk us through making us scan our card or number first. 🙄
Thank you for this! I’ll make sure to use my paper coupons first before I scan my cvs card. I didn’t do that yesterday and was wondering why it would not take my paper coupons.
Ok, I've tried 3 CVS stores and I can't get it to glitch the digital and MFR coupons. I tried the method above and it still wouldn't work. Any advice?
