I've complained when there was a serious situation that was upsetting to me, or if I truly did receive bad service. Sometimes they offer me free coupons or discounts,& I say 'no thanks!' This woman is rediculous, however companies have a lot of money put in to this kind of stuff – they stash away money for whenever people call or write to complain. It's like giving away something that would have gone to waste anyway. So,in that sense, this is not stealing -just taking what would have been trash.
If the video is of the person who is doing this shit…..what an insult to her race.

Did you know if you write companies and say you love their products you can ask for a coupon and they will happily give it to you! I've done it many times before and there is no dishonesty involved. I feel this channel should take this video down, I can't imagine telling moms to lie is going to get you many views. Just a thought.
I think this women is stealing by lying about products that she LIKES! What she is doing is being hypocritical to her kids (if she has any) by telling them one thing and doing the opposite. PepsiCo sent me a coupon for a free drink because I was honest about their vending machine stealing my money but not giving me my soda. And I was honest about it!

I complained to Abercrombie and Fitch because the zipper on my hoodie started falling apart after I washed it, I sent a complaint via e-mail. Later was able to bring it back to the store and get money back to use for a new one in the store 🙂 Complaining only works if you have a legitimized reason to.
