I grew up in NW Illinois and Kraft was a major employer, with their main plant in Stockton, IL. Chances are if you lived in that area didn’t farm, or work on a farm, you worked for Kraft. Aside from cheese I know that as a salad dressing/condiment manufacturer. I believe they’re still the segment leader in salad dressings.
I use to clean Silo and trust me inside theres mold growing…we don’t clean it completely because they do not want water inside only scrape down. Nasty 🤢 mold and bugs inside 🤫

To anyone wondering why Favourite Brands International failed, they were formed thanks to a leveraged buyout of about $1 billion and then spent about $500 million to buy some other shit. The Atkins fad was starting around that time so, when combined the fact that they lacked any real brand name products, thier sales weren’t enough to keep up with thier debt payments.
