Swagbucks can be tricky to navigate when you're new. To submit receipts – you go to Shop> Magic Receipts
– Take a picture of your receipt with your phone camera (outside the app) and crop out everything that's not the receipt. Upload that picture to Swagbucks vs. taking a photo in the app
– Swagbucks works best if your receipt is not filled with bunch of items. If it's easy for you to split your order, buy your swagbucks items alone, for easier processing.
– If your swagbucks are not awarded instantly, simply request a manual review of your receipt so a human can verify your purchase and they will credit you.

Walgreens store manager completely HUMILIATED me yesterday for couponing!!! Please beware. I did an online order and did a separate in-store purchase during pickup. My online order was for the Aveeno and they only had 3 in stock I explained to the girl at the counter I needed to get it to a certain amount so I could submit for Aveeno promotions so i needed to add another Aveeno product (they only had 3 of the kind I ordered in stock) She said she would have to do a return first then I would have to reorder…no problem. She called manager up for refund. The manager instantly was angry, wouldn't listen and kept over talking the girl saying "she already paid for this and it's been returned". Tried to show her my online order, she wouldn't even look at it. Then said in front of everyone "she is trying to return this to double dip and steal points!" I was shocked! So I pulled up a return I did before and tried to show her it automatically takes your Walgreen rewards away after you do a return. She wouldn't even look at my phone! THEN she said talking to the cashier "look see she just said she did a return before that's why you got to make sure you read the receipt fully they KNOW what they are doing!" Me and the cashier both said at the same time "okay then how are we supposed to do returns?" She grabbed my receipt and items and said "I'll call corporate and let them explain" then she walked off!! Everyone was looking at me like I just stole something! I was so confused. She finally walks back over and puts her phone on speaker and the lady on the phone says.(says very snappy and angry) Ma'am this is very suspicious you buy something and return it in the same day, you are going to have your account flagged if you do this again. Needless to say I yelled flag it, close it do whatever because I will not be coming back here!. After I got to my car I clicked on my account to call corporate and noticed ALL my rewards points were GONE only $5 for the purchase I made in store was there! Corporate did apologize and said I didn't do anything wrong but I'm still so confused!! They did put rewards back on my account. I have NEVER been treated that way and it was a manager! Im scared to death to coupon anymore.

Thank you Star for all of your amazing Kroger deals! Also, thank you for sharing how you checkout at the register. Entering my phone number at the end worked out SO MUCH BETTER!! Most cashiers see that you have coupons are quick to look at the screen to make sure you’re not “double dipping.” Even though, we know it’s legal to stack coupons under certain circumstances. Some cashiers will refuse to scan coupons, if they see that a digital has already come off. Again, PERFECT way to “trick” them into letting us live!! 😂😜😝
