I'm glad you post this video because I try not to pay full price for anything in stores today. One story, I just went into bath and body works today for some free items and they used one of the tactics you mentioned. "We will give you this for free if you buy this". Then they will put more coupons in your bag to get you to come back. Well my thing is, if I want to really save money I will give those coupons away to others that like spending money. But if I really like shopping at the store like "Kohls" I will invest great customer service. I always stress GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE WINS CUSTOMERS. If I'm with someone that don't like how they were treated in stores they will complain to the manager, I'll just go online to their website or speak to corporate office. I agree demand GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, wherever you shop. These companies are suppose to train there employees in customer service if not its costing them money. Thanks. Sonya.
