Hood has 30 day lockups for pre IPO pricing when purchased on the app
Umm…. Robinhood has options.
They make a huge profit manipulating the bid ask spreads to screw over their users. They also buy and sell options from users for better prices then they should be going for by falsifying open interest and screwing with implied volatility numbers.
They try to scare people who don’t know how to use an options calculator to give up their juicy calls for way less than they are worth, then once they get enough in their hands they show the real implied volatility and reduce the spreads, add to open interest to get people to pay more than an option is worth, then rinse and repeat.
Robinhood needs thoroughly investigated they are crooks with crypto too, and master manipulators in general by collecting user data and behavior and using it against the people they claim to be “democratizing finance” for, “without commissions” (just hidden fees, falsified prices and lousy execution)
