wow! I just noticed something. comparing on if from base set to onix from generations, it's gained 10 hp rock throw does 30 more damage! Can't believe I didn't notice this till just now.

Can ANYONE answer this for me? I just started collecting cards again, are the Ex cards suppose to have a plasticy/Glossy feeling to them on the front? For example MewtwoEX 62/162 from Breakthrough.
