I have been a crafter of sorts all my life - I have always loved making things from an early age. I made Barbie clothes, friendship bracelets, wreaths, and even made my own prom shoes by adding rhinestones and glitter! I always loved taking pictures from the time I was in 4th grade and on when I was in 4H and we did pictures of nature and this later started me into scrapbooking. Later I developed into even making greeting cards along with this to help use my supplies. Now I make jewelry - nothing to intricate but enjoy making necklaces, bracelets, and earrings! I have loved going to craft stores all my life. I love Michael's, Joann Fabric and Crafts, AC Moore, Hobby Lobby, and Dollar Tree for supplies. I have a mixture of all kinds of different things in my stash and use all of it intermittently! I share my love of crafting with others and love to make stuff for others! I had surgery in November of 2016 and went from watching card making videos to watching Dollar Tree hauls and the evolved into DIY's with crafting items. I love doing this and sharing my ideas along with sharing what I would do differently so if you re-create it you can do it better!
The crafting community to me is a special one - we share ideas, we share files, we share a love of making things. I don't think much into it if someone recreates my things because it brings me joy and I want others to have that same feeling. I would love a world in which if you have nothing good to say -don't say it at all and move on. If you don't like my videos I am ok with that - not everything appeals to everyone and while I ask for kindness, I won't take your negative comments off because I feel that is a reflection of who you are - not me. I have definately had a lot worse things happen to me than someone being hateful online that doesn't even know me. In a world full of hate - I choose kindness.

I make jewelry every so often…I go from painting, sewing, furniture re-finishing ect…I suppose that's what us crafters do, bounce around…LoL…Would like to see anything you want to share, love it all!! Thx for sharing!! I have alot of family in Virginia!! (Virginia is for lovers) Right?!
I used to watch Martha Stewart religiously and I remember once she demonstrated one of those wood graining tools. It's fascinating. You put the rounded edge down and rock it back and forth while you drag it across your project.
I love your crafts especially the doll house project your working on. I would like to know how your are making the house and decorating the furniture. Great haul!!
It was great when you removed the plastic from the leaves ribbon. That made it much easier to see it without a glare. Could you do that with other stuff too?
I'm like you……..I see things that catch my eye, which makes Jo-Anne's, Michael's, AC Moore, & Hobby Lobby dangerous places for me. So many crafts……so little time.

I also like that you enunciate & speak slowly so I can understand everything. Some folks talk fast on videos & I miss some of what's said……….I guess I listen slowly. Lol
I'm hoping you can help me decide how to diy a cost effective holder for my glass essential oils bottles. Are you familiar with essential oil bottles? I'm a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA Essential Oils, and I'd like a type of storage that I can mount on the wall or stand on my counter. My glass bottles are 0.5ml, 15ml, and taller 10ml roller top bottles. The ready made boxes & carriers are so expensive!

Hi just caught your video I live in Troutville not far from Roanoke. Don't get to the stores very often. I don't have a car. My daughter will take me. I don't ask unless she's not very busy or she's going to Roanoke. Money is tight I'm on disability. I have several things from before when I worked. In august I'm moving my goodies to an empty bedroom I'm so excited. Need to take enventory of my stuff. I have a tendency to buy duplicates. Some call me a Hoarder. Lol. TFS
