@ellmc95 So if you go to PayLow with a $5 coupon and the item is $4 or $3, your fine. But if the item is $1 or $2 they will NOT do that because you will get more back (in overage or cash) than the price of the item. I believe you understand, if not, feel comfortable to ask me any question you like about coupons!

@ellmc95 NO, it doesn't mean that. Well let me say this. At Walmart they will pay OVERAGE either in CASH back to a customer or add the overage to the rest of the items in your cart. For instance, there was a $5 Off Any Similac product coupon and the Similac was $3.84, well Walmart gave everyone $1.16 back in cash if you did not want to apply it to a basket item. BUT, if the Similac costed $2.00, then they would have gave us back $3.00 in change. THAT IS WHAT PAYLOW IS SAYING THEY WILL NOT DO.
i have a paylow near by coupon policy says-
(Amount of refund cannot exceed the price of the item)
does that mean if i have a 1.00 off coupon for a .99 cent item ,i can't use it? thanks!
