My worst mistake isn’t totally my mistake. I had a student loan out for college that my parents told me that they were paying. My Dad had always told me that he would pay for college for me. When I was in my early 20’s my Dad became disabled. My Mom stopped paying the loan and it had gone into default. Instead of telling me that they could no longer make payments so that I could figure something out they just stopped paying it. Eventually some mail got through to me about the loans. Unfortunately it was right when my husband lost his job and we had just had a baby. To make a long story short…eventually we made a deal with the US Government and paid off my defaulted loan in full. So they ended up with the principal minus the interest and now it is taken care of. It was a horrible mess for YEARS, though. We actually couldn’t get married for years or my now husbands wages would have been garnished so severely that we would not have even been able to pay rent.

Great video ! πŸ˜€ I can totally relate .. i spent all my money on clothes and cosmetics and stuff I didn't really need cos i had already enough of everything ! πŸ˜› It's so easy to loose the track of your spendings and where your money goes especially being so young and without much experience . Important is to learn from those mistakes and be more aware of your future spendings .
