Hey! Did you know about this? Do you use any other Ebay Promotions?
If you accept a best offer, they could still add a promotional coupon on top of that right? So I guess pricing of goods would have to account for that if im correct.
Do you typically keep public coupons on as well as best offer?

Can a buyer make an offer and then use a coupon in checkout on top of that accepted offer?? Or is the coupon buy it now checkout??
Takes so much for the additional ideas! I've sent "customer appreciation" coupons to past customers (no sales from those yet). Because of this video I'm going to try out some additional coupons to see if they work.
I've sent coupons out
Separate coupon that is sent with almost all orders never used
Public coupon never used
I don't think people use them or know how.
I keep sending them but I don't think they work. Offers sent work better at a certain percent off generate more sales
Etsy coupons don't work. Either. 1 time someone on etsy used theirs.

I have been using the coupon feature for quite awhile. Although it doesn't appear to generate sales directly for me the coupons do encourage offers. I LOVE any feature that encourages dialog and offers. I think the most common question I get regarding the coupon is if I will combine shipping and if so, how much. I send out an offer that mirrors the deal we strike. SO AGAIN! Coupons work….just not how intended but I am super thankful for the new feature on Ebay.
