I think you should have said to him 'I have coupons', normally, I lay my coupons on the counter so they can see it. Even though you were holding your coupons, there's no guarantee that the cashier would assume it's for your purchase.

Missed the live…but watching now. Oh yeah they can be nasty so I called the CS # and was told how disappointing that was because they get 6 weeks of training to review recurring issues especially with coupons etc.i don't know I try to do more online.

I was informed the digital perks are multiple used by one Walgreens Rep but the next time I tried to use it a 2nd time I did not get the WC. Another Rep told me it was one time used. Learned the hard way.
