I moved 2 Clarksville and the home's 🏠🏠 are nice 4 the price 💶💶 Congratulations again also I did the Alternate day Fasting it cool I just stayed busy (keeps my mind off food) on the days that I would eat I broke my fast with Bone Broth 🍵🍵and tryed 2 make sure I got enough Protein 🍳🍳🍗🍗🍖🥩🥓 Alot of Stake Omelets with Pepper and Onions and Avocado Toast 🥑🥑🍞🍞 #blessing

I am a faster and depending on the day I do between 16 & 48 hrs. I do it and I enjoy it 🙂 It's helping me get where I want to be. As far as it helping to control your weight fluctuations I don't think so, because it happens. Girlll and 5 lbs that can just be a lil water weight. Any whoo, you got this boo! Kimonica try the Walden farm thousand island dressing. Their dressings have been revamped and are now good. I put the thousand island on a low carb big Mac salad. The dressing is 0 calories per 2 tbsp.
