The $3.99 Pittsburgh set is definitely the "low," lol. And they're a GREAT deal for the money. But the 1/4th adapter was broken the moment I opened the case and the 10 mm cracked down the side, granted I probably had it on a breaker bar at some point during this engine rebuild.
I have the long-reach, compound-joint Quinn pliers. They're just one of those tools I wanted because it looked cool. It's actually pretty useful because it opens up wider then what you'd expect–great for tight spaces.
Do the sockets that are on sale come with container to hold them?

I've enjoyed some crescent brand long reach or compound pliers. $50 for two. If those are decent… much better price.
Does Harbor Freight own all these brands?
I hope they roll over the warranty if they get rid if Pittsburg cuz i bought 2 pair of pliers and the chick said it only has 90 day warranty the FK!
I use that braun light a lot when working on cars. I like it a lot. It's nice to find a way to hook, set, or magnet it somewhere. Even still have the factory harbor freight batteries in it that everyone says are junk. Well for low drain devices they are fine

I have those Quinn diagonal cutters an the long reach pliers for my mobile box and they have been good.

Quinn better not replace pitt because then they wont warranty tools they dont make anymore… Warranty is only as good as the business

Your videos are fine, the video length thing can be a issue , but if you pack good information in there, it is worth the wait ! . Some you tubers go off on rants, and not all of them are necessary, and I have cut them short .

Funny thing is HF raised the price on the Pittsburgh 1/4 deep sockets by $5 over the Quinn 1/4 set. They’re exactly the same aside from the name and the colored stripe. Both made in Taiwan, everything the same. Seems like they’re intentionally discouraging us from buying the Pittsburgh’s. Quinn may completely replace Pittsburgh on some of these products.
Been using the Quinn diagonal & needle nose for about 6-8 months. Really like them once they loosened up (used valve lapping compound), super solid & cut aircraft cable with no stragglers. Didn't realize just how bad my old Crescents were, I chucked them. No one will replace Klein 213-9NE or 2000 series side cutters.
I’ll have a review in a few days on these
