I know this is an older video but…i work at dg and what she told you about the 24 hours is true, sometimes it can take that long for them to link to your account. Also, if she hit the total button before your # went through, the digitals wont come off. She would have to back out of the total and then rehit the total button. Also, we do have a button, F1, that will show the employee every coupon you have linked and which ones have applied. Hope this helps, and if you ever have any questions, ask for the manager on duty. 😊

that has happened ti me the manager cane over and the chair failed to hit another button and then my correct amount came up if that happens again ask for manager. sometimes I think the cashiers are new and don't realize the complete transaction. after the manager came over they went thru. good luck next time

I've never had that happen and I've even had their system freeze up during my transaction and the coupons still worked. Could have been some weird system glitch?

Only happened to me once. When I got home, I realized I hadn't clipped the coupon to my account. Duh moment on my part! 😳Other than that, they always work! I know your store is far but just try again. Thanks for all your help by the way! ♥️

The cashier was mistaken. I got my crest clipped minutes before checking out. Also my cashier had to total it twice to get my coupons to work so maybe their system is having issues?

If you used them before you can't use them again.. Unless it resets.. Then you can reuse them. Otherwise you have to do it on another acct.. Try following greg that dude on YouTube.. Facebook Instagram. He's the truth!!!

at my dollar general if they hit the total button before my number goes through to there computer system it won't take my coupons, they have to go back and then total it out again. hope that makes sense lol
