Anyone noticed 0:15? 😯
do you use a different oil to moisturize your skin?
Do you apply the oils on wet or dry skin?
so you are supossed to use one clean washcloth everytime you wash your face?
I tried this mask and I got more acne maybe I added to much oil or a bad oil. Please help me…
i have had acne for around 10 years now. it used to be horribly bad, my face was constantly peeling, it was oily and gross, i had red bumps everywhere…. i tried EVERYTHING. all the creams all the special prescriptions and nothing worked. i was then recommended oil cleansing and whaddya know…. my acne has been drastically reduced, i get breakouts here and there but my skin is so much clearer now. if you are prone to washing your skin a lot and your acne just doesn't go away, try oil cleansing. it's probably because your face has been stripped of it's natural oils and is sprouting acne in response.

what about lip care?
i just came back from greece where i had bought my first oils for oil cleansing (and for the hair as well) and when i came home i (once more) looked at the back of the castor oil and sweet almond oil bottle, and both of them said "ethylhexylglycerin" is that hexane and is it harmful for the skin or hair? i just cant seem to find much info on the internet about it
