95.00 transaction less 12.00 CRTs = 83.00. 83.00 less 30% (24.90) = 58.91 less 16.75 MFCs = 41.35 That is how it is calculated. I can figure my percent transactions within a penny now that I have figured out the formula.
Omg toni thank you for this. I was trying to figure it out yesterday when I did the $10 challenge. I calculated the way you explained it and it makes sense. I lost $1.01 but it's ok. I got my 10 ecb and rolled it to do the mitchum deal. Thank you so much for all you do. Now I can use my 25% percent for this week the right way. ๐๐๐

thanks for the breakdown. I was wondering how all that worked. the lady that checked me out last time advised me it would only come off one item. lol
So, my store doesnโt do it that way. They first want all your paper (ie coupons, ecbs, crts) THEN they take the 30% of the total after that…..

Toni, I heard from another Cvs couponer on youtube that the %off cpn comes off after any Crts but before Mfr cpns.
Thats exactly how my % off works. They take the % off after ECB, COUPONS and CRT are applied
When you are calculating input on the calculator like this: Total – 30% = Amount
If you want to use multiplication then input in the calculator like this: Total x .30 = Amount
Either of these should be better ways of calculating. Mine always come out right. +Couponing with Toni
