Hey I did ibotta at publix and I try to always put my number in bc there are sometimes coupons we don't think are on there. So I have and it gave me my ibotta rebates the next day. Hope it works out for you. Great haul and I'm like you I will that the items back. Lol
Hi Crystle. Loved the video. I had a similar problem with ibotta and βlinkingβ my smiths card. I tried to link it per ibotta, however they sent me a message a day or 2 later saying that they could not link my smiths account… after I had already made purchases π for my ibotta rebates! I was so frustrated! I too thought I would have to take my purchases back. However the next day, Although my card did not link, I tried to figure the situation out again. I clicked on the βuse cardβ button , (which would normally say redeem) and it actually gave me the option to scan my receipt the old fashion way instead of using the βuse cardβ option. I was so relieved. So with that being said, I am able to scan my receipts with this store like I do with other stores on ibotta. I donβt have any problems anymore although it still says that my card is βlinkedβ π and to use the βuse cardβ button instead of the βredeemβ button. I hope this makes sense, and works for u! Try it.
Ibotta kept doing that to me when I tried to put in my rebates from Publix I just backed out of the screen that said to link my Publix card. then I pushed the upload receipt and it told me to take the picture.They will give you the baby food free because it rung up the wrong price. Thatβs Publix store policy.
I have seen a few people on facebook talking about publix and ibotta linking and some said when it tries to make you link that they entered invalid info on purpuse and it then gave them the option to upload a receipt. Some say when its linked they havent gotten there rebates. I havent run across it making me link yet and the last i uploaded a publix receipt was i believe 2 days ago. I hope it doesnt try to make me but im afraid it will eventually.

Yes I made the mistake of being on the phone while shopping @ FD yesterday & not scanning my stuff soo 2 of my purchases didn't qualify, but I wanted them soo I kept them. I did learn a valuable lesson of Always scan before u buy. π I was heading to Publix Sunday so pls keep us posted. Thx again.π€
Ohhhh! I had to unlink my publix account and Ibotta because it wasnβt sending me my rebates even after I went on Ibotta and marked what I wanted . The first couple of times it worked but then it stopped working but if you go to Ibotta settings you can unlink your account !!!
Go back 2 the help/ inquiry section. Fill out what happened in the description section. At the bottom u can add a file, take a pic of your receipt & attach it there. You should get all rebates this way. Ibotta care team is pretty swift & quick 2 respond. My grocery store in VT , Hannafords, is connected digitally by phone #. I went through this same situation a month ago. I hope this helps! I have faith….they will make it right. Stay positive! I know its hard. Tyfs!!!πππ¦π
