If you check out their coupon policy, it states that you can use a number of Qs on one item: Rite Aid Q's(like the one you showed), Video Values Q's, Rite Aid internet Qs, and mani Q's. On the policy it even explains which bar codes are on each type of Rite Aid Q's. Its one of my favorite things about couponing at Rite Aid; you can stack like crazy!
I would say yes, you should be able to use that coupon for extra savings, it looks exactly like the video values coupons that RITEAID issues, and vid values they can be stacked with MQ'S. RITE AID'S store coupons always begin with an RC1234 Eg. Also If you can't get the flu book at your store, go on Facebook ,like LYSOL and their is a .75 cents savings for this item. I would say no you can not stack because 1) the bar code is the new MQ barcode and 2) it does not say "store" coupon so I would say no but hay give it a try and let me know. You can still try.
