Is this once a year in Jan ? or did I hear you say they also do this in july ?
The Ross stores in my city didn't do these markdowns. I was there on & before the 27th of January & no markdowns that low. It's cool that other Ross stores in other cities & states do this though.
One of my cousins was telling me this last weekend.. that she got a lot of stuff for cents.
This video is totally a lie I went to Ross And I asked about it they told me that there is not such thing like that

Yeah everyone goes crazy over the .49 cents, but when I tell someone I can only refund them .49 cents without a receipt it's a different story. "What? Why?!! I have never seen anything here for .49 cents!!"

I went to three Ross store in Charlotte NC and nothing was marked down. Nothing was under $5.99. I was so disappointed because I wanted perfume and wallets. Do Charlotte participate?
