It didn't take the whole 50% off on the total, I ordered $40 worth of gift sets and it only took off $15. I checked my bank account and it took out the full $25. I'm not sure why it didn't work.

Thank you Erica, I ordered $31 worth of gift sets, and was only charged $10, and then they sent me a $10 gift card. So, I got all 3 gift sets for free. YAY
I ordered 2 $19.99 Shea moisture gift sets. When I had one in the cart it took 50% off. When I added a 2nd one (19.99 x 2) it only took 14.99 off. My order is still processing so we will see what happens. I will make sure I get that 50% off !!! Girl, I don’t play! If I have an issue am on the phone with customer service til they do me right! Lol I used to work as a customer service manager at Caldor and a store manager at Joann. I also trained every associate at the Caldor store where I worked. Other stores sent their people to me to train. My goal was for the service desk people to be able to do EVERYTHING I could do and for my cashiers to not panic when something didn’t ring up correctly. They knew what needed to be done and would call the service desk and tell them what they needed (override, void, etc) instead of freaking out and not knowing what needed to be done. I am a very patient and polite customer but I don’t let them off the hook when something doesn’t ring up right. You catch more flies with honey than vinegar!! I have been told many times that I am very nice when I’m trying to get my issue corrected. I still calm down frazzled new cashiers when there is an issue. I tell them I used to train cashiers so I am the most patient customer ever. I tell them to say “I’m so sorry. I’m new and I don’t know every thing yet.” And to be super nice and smile. And that most people will understand and not reem them out. It’s not THEIR fault that their manager didn’t train them properly. Target, Michaels and Joann phone CS have given me gift cards for my “inconvenience” as well as fixing the problem. Yep. FREE MONEY! 😁
