This isn't a glitch, this is called clearance.
More often than not, there are many customers that don't get to see the clearances because the employees buy them out before the tag can even be printed.
This is a product that has gone on 90% clearance. 4.49 to .49
Once a clearance product is gone, it's gone. But the clearances are not company wide, they are only store specific.

Yes, I got mine for .48 too. They were not on the shelf, so the manager got them out of the back. I was only able to get 6 even though the app said 12 were in stock. Thank you for sharing!
