I don't understand the purpose of the cart. After I clip the deals, do I have to add the items to the cart or are they already processed for checkout when I clip them? Most of the checkout clerks don't seem to understand how the app works and are unable to answer basic questions. Sometimes I'm not sure I'm getting discounts and they can't tell me. How to figure that out from the cash register receipt?
I needed the self-checkout person to help me through my first time with the app. They seemed annoyed with helping me. Thanks for making it all clear for me so that I can go solo next time!
