I think they came up with the new rebate system because the way it used to be done, there was no way to limit the rebates when they were given in store..
First, no need to be rude. I wasn't talking to you at all. I did rebates on the computer paper. I went online & put my info in off the receipt & waited for my check. What i am saying, is, years ago, staples used to give you the savings in stores. There were no online rebates. I used to go get 8×10 sheets of photo paper, around $8 & they'd give you the dollars off At the register so i wound up paying $1 out of pocket. I call that an easy rebate because the discount was immediate. No waiting.
Honestly there is SOOOO much more to office supply stores. I don't even know if she knows how to do them right. They have the same complexities as couponing but I find it easier and takes less time. I am a reformed couponer and now a professional office supply store shopper.
Bullshit it isn't easy. You probably do MIR on stupid glade products that you get $2 on and have to wait 8 weeks. Staples rebates you submit online and will come back in 30 days like clock work. But hey, I like it if you stay out of my office stores and leave more for me and the professionals 😉
