From my understanding the 20% off / 25% off coupons do not apply to sale or promotional items (i.e if your getting ECB's or the item is on sale) the coupon will not apply. I think its only some areas though because I have seen other people/bloggers be able to use the coupon on promotional items… arent they lucky, because I surely can't!
