Also drink lots of water.
Pro tip: look at your local McDonald’s online before going, and decide what you want.

Fast food restaurants can't get you to spend more money, or ANY money, unless you go to the restaurant to buy something. What? Are you some kind of economic robot who is incapable of resisting advertising? You were forced to go to Mickie D's for a Big Mac and fries? They kidnapped your family and said you were only getting them back if you bought Combos for all of them? Gin up and take some responsibility for your actions. Some consumer tricks and frauds are possible, yes, but the ultimate decision to patronize these places is still yours. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!"

When I see fast food, I just see heart disease.
I kick myself everytime I order a $7 double quarter pounder. I could order 2 McDoubles for $4 less and get the same thing essentially… But the picture looks sooo good and I go with it 😪 not any more.

menus in the netherlands of mcdonalds are very clear and they have a list of all items 3 meters before the register, so you can check. Plus we have the self check out that's designed differently. But that all might be due to regulations
