Hi! No, you cannot use the snuggle on the free one at cvs, it will bounce out the coupon.
Last year I was able to use the Coast body wash coupons at Dollar Tree and get them for free. But they may have changed the ounces on coupon now.

From what other people was saying, you can’t use the snuggle coupon on the free one so you can only use 1 coupon with the promotion.
