Stouffer’s Macaroni and Cheese – Big OOPS!
Eight 8-year olds are here having a fun day with a 1/2 day off from school! Fun! Lunch was Stouffer's Mac and Cheese.
Oh my gosh!! Gross! A handful of macaroni noodles and a disgusting soupy sauce! A whole tray of runny "cheese" sauce!!
They will send me A Coupon to buy A replacement! They didn't offer extra coupons for this nightmare of not enough for eight eight-year olds!!
So, I called back and ansked to speak to a supervisor. And, I was transferred. I have to comment that their Customer Service is IN the United States! I love that!
After speaking to the supervisor, they are sending me a product list and three coupons for replacement Stouffer's Meals! Two of them are required for the girls' lunch. Although yesterday was a half day at school, normally they all come after school before their gymnastics classes.
I think they handled it as well as possible.. I managed to give the girls more baby carrots, more slices of Honey Crisp Apples, and Lord forgive me.. the hidden box of Hostess Ding Dongs for my husband in the pantry did wonders for girls who were still hungry!
We have been using Stouffer's because it IS a quality frozen food, and this is the first time I was caught with.. a mess.
Thanks Stouffer's! Just know that we still have eight little girls who are ADORABLE, and all love your brand and your food!
