A healthy and creative meal microwaved by following the exact instructions on the package of “Stouffer’s Macaroni & Beef” and at about 5:00 minutes I mention the stirring phase that happens quite often in microwave instructions. I say that microwave oven cook from the outside to the inside, but I believe that really even conventional ovens do that too. But since microwave oven cooking is so fast this stopping and stirring is very necessary otherwise the outside would be overcooked.

At about 8:30 minutes into this video I show some of my paperback books about the TV Soap Opera called Dark Shadows that I used to watch when I was in Junior High School. And it was only a few days before making this video that my weekly subscription to Entertainment Weekly arrived with the cover story of a new movie with Johnny Depp as Barnabas Collins in a new movie called DARK SHADOWS.

Then about 9:30 minutes I mention going to Modesto from the Service of the AAA Club or specifically ACSC Automobile Club of Southern California that I have my auto insurance and a life insurance plan with that club.

At about 22:00 minutes I a showing a speaking of the things that I recently had purchased at the Rite Aid Pharmacy Store using my Wellness Plus Card. I buy most of my Vitamins mainly the from RiteAid and most of the time it is the RiteAid brand.

I also have a CVS ExtraCare Card and bought some Centrum Silver Vitamins that were on sale as a 2 for 1 deal and found two of the packages that also had a SAVE NOW AND PEEL ME OFF coupon for $5 on EACH bottle.

You can also go online to join the DINNER CLUB at:
http://www.stouffers.com/

And put the code the is printed on the inside of the package to “Collect POINTS and earn fabulous REWARDS!” It is also like getting DOUBLE REWARDS because I use my Ralph’s REWARDS Discount Card to get discounts on Shell Gas when achieving the required quota in a certain period (usually over 100 per month) to qualify for the gas savings.

You can find out more of health information from:
http://www.nestleusa.com/

Most of the time I buy my food from the Ralph’s Grocery store.

I used my AT&T Mobility Phone a Samsung Infuse 4G with the Android Operating System. On my cell phone it is the Kroger App for Ralph’s to check the latest weekly ads.

I have given this video name a version number of “v1.0” because I just realized I forgot to use the ZOOM Video Effect from the AVS Video Converter Program v8.1 while I also use the ROTATE Video Effect. So I will be converting the RAW file that I imported from my mobile phone to my computer that uses the MP4 format as its container and this conversion process then makes a Windows Media Video V9 (WMV) HD 720 P that I use for my upload to YouTube. So that video will be called v2.0 and maybe then I will use Google’s additional enhancements to call it or this version vX.1, etc., etc. etc..

Video Editing TIP:
I recommend the Suite of programs from AVS4YOU and get the package with the Software License with the LIFETIME deal instead of the Annual one.

Look at Ian's main channel. Unsubscribe then Subscribe again then you will see how many channels that are linked together.

I met Cheryl (a 7th grader) through my High School friend Cory Raven that was dating her. I WAS HER PIANO TEACHER. That song that I compose was about her tragic life. One of her lesson she did not play at all.

I counselled her in pschology about her pains when he dumped her for a girl in College that could buy him beer. I also gave piano lesson his 2nd girl friend.

Well, you see.. it was Ian that was kind of my teacher on how to make money with YouTube. Remember his other channel IanCrosslandMusic? He has songs for sale with iTunes. It is not a fortune, but you do know that that second song in the video where it is just me playing the piano is called "Cheryl" because I compose that song for one of my piano students when I was in High School.

Also about "average TV dinners" and making them interesting just read the comment below this one (or yours).

I have mentioned my errors a little in my reply to your first comment. The BIG reason why I really want this video to remain is so that ANYBODY and EVERYBODY can learn and benefit from MY MISTAKES as an experimenter and scientest.

PS I have an Original BELL SYSTEMS SCIENCE EXPERIMENT NO. 1 "from sun to sound" AN EXPERIMENT IN ELECTRONICS DEMONSTRATING THE CONVERSION OF SOLAR ENERGY TO SOUND Β© 1961 Bell Telephone Laboratories, Incorporated.

KC Jenner says:

The reason I am leaving it up is for TWO reasons. Your second comment is the reason why so the other people can LEARN from MY mistakes. Because the real TRUTH is…. nobody is PERFECT! Another reason is that I am making about 50 cents from this video. In total for this year (without really tying to make money… just having FUN) my estimated earnings is close to only $19 and only when it reaches $100 will there be a deposit into my Checking Account.

Thank you for you comment. Being creative is one of the signs of intelligence and I just watched your Tech video about Absinthe 2.0, but I remember "Absinthe" that as a concoction that involved Wormwood and was used by people in England as a strange liqueur that is now illegal to sell, but there are recipes for that on the Internet. My favorite TV dinners can become boring after awhile so I try adding this or that to make them a little more interesting.

KC Jenner says:

In order to stay alive I had to cook for myself because I don't have a spouse. But not professionally. You used the word "average" TV dinner and I know what you mean. I have some of my favorites that I just look at what I have on hand and remember when sometimes when I would go to a restaurant; then try to imitate the look or what the menu said that was in that particular dish. I am an experimenter of sorts and sometimes what I cook up for food is a real disaster, but that is how I learn.
