At this point I’m disgusted by #Stylevana. 2 out of 3 orders lost/stolen/undelivered. Obviously the shipping company refuses to accept responsibility (the third order was delivered to my neighbor so the driver can’t read either). Despite paying for insurance on the order #Stylevana have stopped answering my mails and zero refund for a €150 order… Insurance on shipping is obviously a scam as is the website in my experience
is this site selling authentic products?
I've been scammed via GooglePay. Lost several hundred dollars, it took giving my eye teeth and weeks to figure out. It caused huge mess, I'm broke AF so I noticed money missing and the bills bouncing set on autopsy. It was a pure nightmare.
The naturie hatomugi skin conditioner is a holy grail for my dry skin I spray it on and pat it on but haven’t tried the milk
You ordered the naturie one in the emulsion! Emulsions are really common in Japan, they’re like a cross between a serum and moisturizer
Can anyone tell me what their 1st experience using Stylevana was like? Alice…wanna let you know that I went to their site, tried to use your code. Said it wasn't valid. I had a Visa gift card I was going to use…since can't use it on Amazon…and that didn't work either. Stylevana's BOT kept denying the visa gift card and defaulting to my bank DEBIT card instead. Very messed up.
I could not EASILY find a contact number or email for their customer service either. THAT bothers me ALOT. I emptied my cart…and EXITED their site. I am very disappointed. Will likely never attempt to do business with them again.
Their BOT also kept SENDING me to look at promotional products and would not take ME to my CART for checkout. They have so many interesting things…but if they are not USER FRIENDLY…THEY DON'T GET MY DOLLARS. Bought most of the products from AMAZON. Total pain in the butt process.
I use stylevana all the time and find them easy, fast shipping and great deals
I’m so curious, do you get charged for foreign transaction fee on your USA credit card?
My credit card have 3% foreign transaction fee so I’m still skeptical if I can buy from Stylevana without getting charged additional 3%.

Hey Alice! I really want some back to school skincare products as I’m heading off to college, but I’m so scared and nervous to order because I don’t want to get scammed. Someone said that when they disputed their order on PayPal, PayPal said that they cannot find the seller. Do you know anything about that? It’s so scary but the prices are so great
For Japanese skincare, when something is called “milk” it’s usually what we think of as a lotion. They also tend to call what we think of as toners, “lotion”.
I also hate words like wasps Dx
I waited 1.5 month and did not even get a confirmation. I eventually had to ask for refund from PayPal, PayPal said they cannot reach to the seller as well😅. Then I went on their ins and find out every post they have, there are ppl saying about the same thing.

I also would of hesitated between the retro and my dreams palette, but I already have the retro and didn’t want both. I would of probably got the my dreams if not because it has more legs (coontrast and variety). Retro is pretty soft and you get similar looks with it, but it sure is pretty to look at.
I heard rumours that there are some “same name but manufactured elsewhere products” on Amazon.
I've heard about the 'Naturie Skin Conditioning Milk' you are supposed to use many 'skins' of it (i could be thinking og the toner…) . Anyway I am curious to hear you thoughts about using it this way and how well it works. So yeah i would be interested in a longer term review 🙂

hi cutie pie, i have had terrible luck with stylevana. I have ordered 2x's from them and once i had missing items in my order which they refused to resend or credit me back for and this last issue said "ordered delivered" which it was not. I am housebound and am always home and this was a gift for my granddaughter and they again, refuse to either resend or credit me back. I am glad you have great luck with them but i will NEVER order from them again because of their customer service and I am spreading the word to others.
I have one complaint for this sale… I buy a bunch of stuff I don't want because I see it for under $8 and just add it to cart (especially sunscreens and toners). On a more positive note it's worth noting some luxury brands (SK-II, Sulwhasoo) have very cheap trial size products that will be included in the sale. You could get the equivalent of a $250 product for $30-40 by buying a few sample sizes in the sale if you're trying to experience the expensive product and don't mind some dinkier packaging. I like them for travel.
