I dont like how arrogant she is. Have you noticed she hasn't done a video in quite some time? Makes me wonder if she can still pull it off lol. Plus any person who handles the cooking and shopping typically has a pantry and fridge full of staples so all one really needs to get are the protein for the meals. If you really want to watch someone who can save you $$ watch Jordan Page. She has a realistic way of doing things

okay I get that she didn't have many options for $5, but 1 bag of mashed potatoes will NOT feed a family of 4, and lettuce does not equal salad.

Wish you.could help with more healthy meals for people who are on strict diet due to health like no chicken, turkey, ham, potatoes, rice, pasta, no fruits at all, no lettuce, cucumbers, no flour . Can have almond flour, coconut flour, seafood, beef, pork ( certain cuts) , the list of what I can.eat is very pricey can you help
She like a lot of YouTubers who do this and other food challenges assume folks have seasonings, butter, dressings and sauces on hand so they do not add the price of those items into the per person pricing. If she really did do this challenge in real life she could have purchased just the lettuce for one meal then tomato's and other veggies with the other two – used those veggies as a side salad for all 3 meals and come out the same but instead she purchased lettuce & only lettuce each time

How does a head of lettuce amount to a salad? Why bother making a salad unless it has something nutritious in it? Spinach with tomatoes, nuts, carrots, etc. And you're going to need some kind of dressing on it even if it just something you throw together at home with oil, vinegar and spices.

I can not believe that you buy your potatoes in a dehydrated form. Is this normal in the US? I purchase a 10kg bag of potatoes for $4-99. Haven't done the price comparison but surely the nutrient value makes it a far healthier option……….How I wish we had coupons here in New Zealand!

I always buy the spinach leaves. Lettuce really doesn't have any nutritional value since it's mostly water so I like to spend that little extra money on a healthier item.
