T mobile treats their existing customers like poop. We are looking at other carriers due to t mobile doesn't offer jack to customers that have been using their service for years. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The rep I spoke to pretty much said it was better to switch carriers. Ba bye t mobile

when i did my trade in i chose to go to the apple store and upgrade with tmobile so i could get the most credit towards paying for my iphone 13 pro. apple’s promotion got me $160 off the price, and ofc i had to hand over my old phone to apple so they could send it to tmobile for me to get a trade-in value/more credit towards paying the price for it.

here’s where things went wrong ig: the rep told me to wait at least 2 months to get a value from tmobile, which i thought was a bit long but i didn’t think much of it i figured that’s how the process goes.

here i am at the 2 month mark, called twice and was told that the promotion i GAVE IN MY OLD PHONE FOR AT THE TIME had EXPIRED. this entire time i waited for a trade-in value just for the promotion to expire? i had no knowledge of an expiration date nor was i made aware of that by the apple rep who told me to wait a full 2 months

what the two tmobile reps i spoke to told me sounded like good news: that they both requested for “manager’s access” of the now expired promotion to be applied to my account. i was supposed to get a call back from one of them yesterday for an update on how that request went, but i didn’t.

all they both left me with is that the value will be applied to my bill next month and any credit i missed out on will be compensated. i really don’t like the sound of it bc i have no idea where my phone was sent to or if it was even properly evaluated for the value it’s actually worth. i feel like i’ll either get lowballed or nothing will change and i’ll have to be making phone calls for months :/

My family went through hoops with sprint/ tmobile with billing they charged us twice our monthly bill we threatened legal action after calling and talking to numerous employees throughout a couple months 🙄 Funny how they only do their job and finally fixed it after mentioning that🤦🏻‍♂️

Did the same thing to me . Called them over and over . Every time I’m being told it’s taking care of it . And every Month I been charged for my so called free Phone. T mobile got my old Phone and charging full Price for my new Phone.I’m about done with them.I am about to send my new Phone back to them. And taking a loss. I know it gone destroy my Credit.😢

Trade in program is bs with T-Mobile and most likely everywhere else. I traded in my 12 Pro Max last year for the 13 Pro Max 1TB and I still had to put about $880 down, plus the whole “trade in” was a little measly monthly credit added to my bill. 🥴😂🤦🏻

Right now I am going through this they say the trade in phone wasn't put on the order but i have the chat logs of everything. Talked to 3 different people for 3 hours to be told they will contact me Wed 3 days later with a resolution. They tried to have me send them everything back internet/phone after I transfered all my data over to the knew phone then send them the one they sent me so they can send me the exact make and model back to me. I am waiting for the call today to find out what fix they have come up with. I told them just take the trade in credit the account and lets move on. btw the 3 people each said something completely different. I will never order t-mobile online will always go into store. Store wouldn't take the trade in phone since I did the order online. Must not be 1 company.

So they told me my Iphone 11 pro. Was 900 credit for the 12 pro
So I said ok here’s my phone and I’ll like to pay the 200 remaining BLANCE so they said unfortunately it’s 900 credit but when going through system it’s only 300$ so to take the phone out I have to put 500$ down and my phone bill went 35 $ up .
I feel I got scammed . What can I do
I called T-Mobile and they said the same thing .
It just didn’t make sense

had a somewhat similar issue but with apple itself not through a carrier. i dont recall the timeframe but prolly a couple of months or so after returning the phone, apple called me that the package im suppose to return the phone in was empty when they opened it. of course i sent the phone, why would i do them like that.

they said theyll call me again to let me know what happened to the escalation. they never called back.
