It is a individuals choice what they do with this. Especially if it is something that yes you are going to use. Most of these expire quicker.

So funny story. A couple weeks ago target had a good sale on the Loreal Elvive shampoo/conditioner/hair spray and things and you also got a $5 gift card when you bought so many. My husband came along for this trip and I told him listen “Target may not have the peelies on these products because people probably took them. I’m going to check it out first and if they don’t we’re going to Walmart to take the peelies off those bottles then bring them back to target for the deal 😂” and that’s exactly what we had to do. He asked me if what I was doing was illegal I had to tell him a million times no. He felt sketchy but idc I needed that deal 🙂

It's funny I am watching this today. I was at F.D.
yesterday and I had picked up some Peril laundry soap. The bottle said $2 off coupon on back of bottle. But I noticed my bottle didn't have a coupon. So I put that bottle back and picked up another one. Same thing happened. Well I checked the bottles that were in the box non of them had them. I didn't get mad I just figured I got there late… Anyways there was a second box and half had coupons and the other half didn't. So I took 2 with and 2 without coupons since I already had 2 coupons for the product. When I went to the register the lady asked me if I had taken the coupons of the bottle and I said 2 had coupons and 2 didn't. She said thats weird we just put out those boxes this morning. I just shrugged my shoulders. So I went back about 45 mins later cause I forgot to buy bread. And I see the boxes in the front counter. And she said non of the bottles have coupons. I said yeah I noticed that when I was buying them earlier. She gave me a dirty look and said oh don't worry my manager is reviewing the tapes and we will find out who took them. Thats fraud and believe me we will prosecute who ever took them. I felt like she thought I took them lol. I said good I have nothing to worry about cause I didn't take any of them.

I read every comment and I'm in some sort of shock at the moment! First of all… The topic is about our opinion 'for or against' taking peelies. It's Not about criticizing someone because they took ONE dam $3 peelie, like it's the end of the frickin' world! Also saw many comments about folks being upset because when they went peelie shopping, someone else beat them to it.. That's all it is… they couldn't get them for themselves.

I see nothing wrong with taking peelies. 2 clearance sales ago, my daughter and I were on the floor laughing our booties off as we fought over Garnier peelies! We used them in store, same shopping trip, on clearance Garnier- making them free!! Was that wrong?
RE: Rude, Holier then Thou comments- Right now Walmart has $1/1 Big G cereal peelies and you bet your last high $ coupon I'm taking a few to use at Kroger where I can get the item cheaper. I'm not going to use it on the item at Walmart if I can save more buying it somewhere else. That's totally absurd!
We all have our own 'sob' stories, health issues, money issues etc… who's to say one deserves to save $ more than another? You don't know my story.
I do not believe for 1 minute that any one of the people making rude comments wouldn't take a peelie, knowing they could go get a great deal somewhere else and stretch those hard earned dollars as much as possible. I just don't believe them. If you're as down and out as you claim, then you would shop smarter not harder.
If there was a $3/1 Gain peelie at Walmart, I would absolutely take several and go to Dollar to redeem them along with my $5/20 and $5/$25. I wouldn't take more than I could use, but I get what I needed and I believe many others would too.
I see several comments basically stating that they couldn't afford an item or get a deal because the peelie was gone… Had you gotten to it first, how many transactions would you have done? Would you save some for others to get the deal? Just curious.
Is it OK to use DG Digitals on items they're not intended for or because they attach to a different size of the same product or give overage? What if someone else needed that cheap single bar of soap (for instance) because they don't have money for the 3 pack? Many of us do this. How is that different from taking a peelie?
Do you NOT pick up the quarter in Aldi's parking lot in case someone needs it for a buggy?
I don't believe there is such thing as an innocent couponer, just sayin'.
