Those bars look GOOD with the whole nuts – unlike yogabar where the nuts are chopped too small to taste individually when you bite into it.
Honestly, for me sometimes the energy bars give me more energy to get tired and sleep, Hmmmm what is in that, Maybe its the POLYOLi😛
Yoga Bar was a hot favorite of mine for a while now.
These look super tempting, especially because I've just quit sugar exactly 8 days ago. No sugar substitute either. I've battled sugar addiction for years now. I can't believe I've lasted 8 whole days. I wonder if I'll ever have these. ☹
