You said it's not important to advertise repeatedly in Valpak but then you said you need to follow up and then you said that you don't have a cracked windshield NOW but, you know that if/when you DO have one then you already know you can go open your Valpak to find an offer. Repetition is important. I like the part in the video when you find a coupon and put it aside because you might use it to go play golf. I love Valpak. It's like getting a present in the mailbox every month.
