Solid coverage of the key ripoffs!! The timeshare presentations from those I have talked to are insufferable. The timeshare people make it seem like you're stupid if you don't buy. Don't take the bait and avoid them.

We grabbed a bottle of bourbon on the way from the airport to the strip, and never had more than one overpriced cocktail when out for meals, Saved us sooooo much cash.
When the Raiders moved from Oakland to Vegas I couldn't believe it.There are a lot safer places for fans that they could have wound up moving too. A lot of Raider fans would rather have seen a game in Oakland. It wasn't the nicest place either, but Big V has every kind of scum bag there is walking the streets ready to rip off anyone who walks by that looks innocent enough. Don't bring your kids there unless you don't care what they witness. And set a strict limit on what you're going to spend. If you have tons of money to throw away it's the place for you, have fun, but be very careful!

I went in July 2023 for the first time. Never going back. Way to pricy it was scary. And the heckly on the streets from dancers and charity people asking for money or photos was ridiculous when you say you no cause your on budget…never will go back.

I dont use none of that stuff ! Then it SEPERATE fee add it in then if not a SCAM why resort fees can be MORE than the room PRICE?! more than 50 percent sometimes room price it a SCAM

Cabs suck in Vegas. They all take circuitous routes to run up the meter. Uber or Lyft is the only way to go.
I disagree on resort fees. The pool was closed for the season, I never touched the phone or room safe, and I couldnโt tell you where the exercise room was on a bet. Do people go to the strip to work out? Itโs just a scam to tack on $45 per night for stuff you probably wonโt use.

The biggest rip off and scam is just vegas itself.
the timeshare salesman suckered me in, and eventually i realized it was not legit but i already felt obligated. then he asked what the age of my wife was and said shes under 30 you dont qualify. i was so relieved

Resort fees aren't set to rip off customers but to avoid state and city taxes.

Ok I've lived in Vegas for 2yrs best & cheapest way is the bus, some bus drivers may provide to audo tour& some deuce ( double stacked busses , like London) can be down right funny.
I didn't really describe why resort fees are not a scam? What exactly are you getting for the resort fee? Besides free Wi-Fi? Resort fees are literally a way for them to advertise really cheap rooms and then make up the actual money with an added fee

If you're not American or visiting American friends/family, there's no reason to visit the US anymore. It sucks, a crumbling third world dump trying to hang on to past glories by causing as much conflict around the world as possible. Good video – efficient and effective.
