I think it's more due to fraud…why getting rid of printables. I get a few Sunday newspaper subscriptions BUT recently the Save inserts have now stopped in MANY areas….that personally has hurt me more. But at least as of now I can print them.
Personally I think Xtreme couponing has been over for awhile now. Yes we all coupon but I don't think it's at all what it use to be years ago.

To be honest, I'm glad about it. Maybe now I can actually coupon on Sunday after church and through the week instead of working so hard to get my deals together only to find the shelves wiped clean by noon Sunday by couponers with multiple accounts and printables.
It's hard enough to find stocked stores now due to shortages and everything completely gone even though you have had a loyalty account and pay for programs like Carepass but there's no products left to participate.
Many couponers cannot be at the stores when they open to coupon the advertised deal for the week and we get left out in the cold.
Hopefully there will be products to coupon for now.
Always a deal! Haven't used printables in over a year and I still make it work!!
I think that the coupons app will just have the cashback offers I'm not getting a papers this week. I don't go out couponing as much as I used to when I get the paper I hardly use the ones I clip. So I'm manly redeeming Cashback offers on the apps. Then their digital coupons on all the store apps and websites. Its been going all digital for a while but sense 2020 theirs been a push towards going digital. Also emailing company's telling them how much you love their products really pays off you can get coupons in the mail just by emailing Alot of company's you can get coupons for free products and get good coupons as well. Printing coupons costs alot of money you have to buy a printer,ink cartridges , printer paper everything to print coupons. It's going digital and I think inserts are next it's getting expensive to buy Paper's. You can still save money without printable coupons and insert coupons
